Air pre heaters and coolers

This type of exchanger has a big extended finned surface, specially for heating and cooling of air or gasses.

As heating medium we can use hot water, steam, thermal oil and others.

Use: drying processes, combustion air pre heating, de-icers, compressed-air coolers

 

 

Shell & Tubes

Shell & Tube or bare tube exchangers. This type of exchanger is made from bare tubes in a round Shell.
The heat transfer surface is the same on the inside and on the outside of the tubes, which suits the heat exchange between similar media the best. Liquid/liquid or gas/gas.

Use: Oil and gas coolers, water coolers, compressed air coolers and dryers, process coolers or heaters, condensers or evaporators.

Plate heat exchangers (PHE)

Very compact and multi useable. The temperatures of the media (fluids) realize the best approach . The plate heat exchangers are delivered with rubber gaskets between the plates and in a soldered execution.

Use: Process cooling in the diary industry, chemical and petrochemical industry.

 

Air coolers

Cooling with ambient air. Process streams are cooled with ambient air. The heat exchangers tubes are finned at the outside. The units are delivered complete with axial fan/motor and steel structure.

Machine coolers and closed circuit coolers

Charged air coolers oil, coolers, jacket water cooling, motor water cooling and closed circuit coolers.

Exhaust gas condensers and economizers
